Sicoly frozen and sweetened white peach purée is made from white peaches picked at optimum ripeness' in our producers' orchards in the Coteaux du Lyonnais. Depening on harvest yields, an additional supply from the Rhône-Alpes is also possible. The selected fresh white peaches are processed into fruit purée. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
