Founded by Chef Konrad in 1990, and owned by Neena Paliwal since 2012, Konrads is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and offers a wide range of specialty foods and ingredients to all food lovers, from the professional chef to the weekend gourmet.

As a locally-owned business based in Halifax, Neena along with her team, has played a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s strong community ties and commitment to quality. This has helped to continue the tradition of offering specialty foods while also ensuring that customer service remains a top priority. By keeping things local, Konrads is able to stay connected to its roots and offer a personal touch that others often miss.

You can shop online for a wide range of specialty foods and ingredients including European chocolate and purees, Asian products, spices and seasonings, bakery products, pasta, dried and canned fruit, grains and legumes, nuts and seeds, and oils and vinegars.
