The passion fruit used in our ambient puree mainly comes from Ecuador, as well as other tropical origins. We primarily use the Flavicarpa variety, known for its rich flavor.
Grown in a tropical climate, the fruit is carefully selected. The pulp extraction process preserves the seeds, preventing any bitterness and ensuring a pure flavor. The passion fruit puree is famous for its fruity acidity and unmatched intensity, making it an essential ingredient in the world of cocktails.
